This policy explains what we collect when you use amitgaurmusic.com/tag or the booking form, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Song requests: the name you type (optional), the songs you pick and the time.
• A random device token stored in your browser, so we can apply the per-phone limit and show your request status. We do not collect your phone number for requests.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive only the payment ID, amount and status — never card, UPI or bank details.
• Booking enquiries: the name, phone, event details and message you submit.

How we use it

• To run song requests, show the live request board and apply credits.
• To reply to booking enquiries.
• To handle refunds and resolve payment issues.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the services needed to run this site: Razorpay (payments) and Tuneholic Entertainment (our booking and request platform), and where required by law.

Storage & retention

Data is stored securely by our service providers. Request data is kept for up to 12 months; payment records are kept as required by Indian tax law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete your data by emailing amitgaurmusic@gmail.com. Clearing your browser data removes the device token.

Cookies

We use browser storage only to remember your requests on this device. No advertising cookies.
