Refund & Cancellation

This policy applies to paid song request credits bought at amitgaurmusic.com/tag.

When you get your money or credit back

Song marked “Not tonight”: your credit is returned automatically – pick another song with it, or tap “Need a refund instead?” on the request page and the money goes back to your original payment method (5–7 working days).
Show cancelled or ended before your paid song could be considered: full refund of unused credits.
Charged but no credit shown: email us within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID and we will add the credit or refund you.

A song that has already been played.
Credits that are unused because you left the show early or chose not to request.
Requests removed for misuse (see Terms).

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

A credit purchase can be cancelled for a full refund if no request has been made with it — email us the same day.
