Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the song request service at amitgaurmusic.com/tag, run by Amit Gaur, Pune. By using it you agree to them.
1. The service
At AG Live shows, guests can scan the stage QR and request songs from Amit's setlist. Each phone gets 1 free request per show night. Extra requests can be bought as credits (see Pricing). A maximum of 3 songs per phone per show night applies.
2. How requests are handled
- Amit decides whether and in what order songs are played, based on the venue, time, crowd and set.
- A request is not a guarantee that a song will be played at a particular time.
- If a paid request is marked “Not tonight”, the credit is returned or refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation policy.
3. Credits
- Credits are valid only for the show night on which they are bought and on the same phone.
- Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or carried to another show.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
5. Fair use
Please do not enter abusive, offensive or misleading names. We may remove such requests or block misuse without refund.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any request is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
